Your bags are weighed, and items are sorted. Got stains? We do our best to get those stubborn stains out!
Customized Cleaning
We follow your preferences set in the app—whether that’s fragrance-free detergent, low-heat drying, or a special fabric softener.
Wash & Dry
Clothes are gently washed and thoroughly dried using high-quality machines and products to keep everything fresh and lasting longer.
Fold or Hang
Once dry, items are neatly folded or hung according to your settings. We treat each piece with care, just like you would (maybe better, but we won’t brag).
Packed & Ready to Go
Everything is packed up nice and tidy, then scheduled for delivery or in store pickup—usually within 48 hours unless you’ve requested express service.
