Welcome to Laundry Evolved, your all-in-one laundry service. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:
Suitability for Laundering
By using our service, you agree that your clothes are suitable to be washed in water, on a normal cycle, and dried using heat in a tumble dryer. We cannot be responsible for any damage to clothing that is not suitable for this standard laundering process. Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse to service items that we feel will be hazardous our staff, such as items heavily soiled with human or animal waste. This is for the health and safety of our team.
Damaged Laundry
We will do everything we can to avoid damaging your laundry. Unfortunately there are limitations to what we can do. For example, though we make it a point to check each laundry item, make sure you remove all items from your pockets as we cannot be held responsible if something left in your laundry (like lipstick, lip balm, chewing gum, or a pen) causes any damages or if personal items are lost (keys, money, IDs)
Detergent Options
We offer several different options for detertent, softeners and dryer sheets. Please set your preferences in the app. Our options include Tide, All Free and Clear, and ECOS. We are happy to use any other detergent or fabric softener that you send or bring with your order and we will return the unused portion to you.
